We offer a full-service distribution model, including:

  • A strategic category management team delivering insights, space planning and best in class execution
  • A brave and agile brand marketing team
  • Dedicated state managers, sales managers & key account managers to drive a national strategy across the major independent groups and individually owned stores
  • Customer service team who provide extra support to regional territories
  • Dedicated demand / supply manager to manage the portfolio
  • A national sales & merchandising field force that consists of over 110 dedicated and passionate people that visit metro and regional customers on a weekly, fortnightly & monthly (regional) basis to drive activities, including:
    • Executing the brand strategy & distribution growth
    • Merchandising of orders – including the building of off location displays
    • Regular contact with department and store managers in relation to the brand, strengthen the brand presence and more importantly providing a face to the brand at store level

We have a national supply chain structure with grocery, confectionery, chilled & frozen storage warehouses

  • The MNA structure has offices & distribution centres in all states:
    • Victoria
    • New South Wales
    • South Australia (supplied from Victoria)
    • Western Australia
    • Queensland
    • Tasmania
  • Frozen storage facilities operate in each warehouse at -25 degrees
  • Date marking facilities in all warehouses
  • Orders are delivered directly to the customer in temperature controlled trucks
  • MNA maintains a QA program identifying and controlling food safety and quality hazards based on HACCP
